📻 Monday Membership Minute — and May is the perfect backdrop for this one. 🗓️
Planning ahead - as noted last week, May is Membership Month but it’s also Kiwanis club election season. So, we’re busy, energized, and full of opportunity. 💙
Building a strong leadership pipeline is something healthy clubs think about all year — but right now is a great time to take stock. 💭
Two things clubs should be doing:
👀 Look inward — who in your current membership is ready for a leadership role and just needs someone to ask?
🚪 Look outward — recruitment hits different when you can offer a prospect a real leadership opportunity, not just a membership pin.
Strong clubs don't scramble for officers in May. They build the pipeline all year long. 💪
