As stated in the Strategic Plan of the District, our role is to create and support Kiwanis clubs and programs so that clubs can thrive and be a positive force for change in their communities. We do this by:
developing and training leaders,
providing education and motivation for members,
developing resources for community involvement,
establishing a network of support for crisis management, and
establishing tools for effective management.
The first two bullets above are largely accomplished through educational offerings provided throughout each Kiwanis year in the EVENTS we sponsor. We also sponsor events to provide leadership experiences for teens (Key Leader). Further, our District participates in Kiwanis International events, including its annual International Convention.
