Carolinas Kiwanis Refund Policy
Full refunds (minus a $20 processing fee) will be processed for any registration cancelled in writing (mail to Convention Registration Cancellation, 184 N Water St., Suite 24, Boone, NC 28607) postmarked by 7/31/2024. We will not be able to accommodate any refund requests for cancellations for any reason after 7/31/2024. In the event of a last minute emergency, substitutions will be accommodated. You are responsible for canceling or modifying your own hotel reservations.
