Rec Room – New walls and a new washer and dryer waiting for installation. Thanks to Suds of Love Truck for their donation of the washer and dryer.

Rec Room – new bookcase (awaiting a bit more paint) and new wall color.
Resident Bedroom – No more cinder block walls!
Resident Bedroom – Ready to go! Just add furniture.
Resident Bathroom – Old vanity: Gone!
Resident Bathroom – Old toilet: Gone! Cinder block above the tile : Gone! Old tile floor – Ready to be replaced with new easy to clean epoxy floor.
Resident Bathroom – Hello durable epoxy floor.
Resident Bathroom – Countertop added and plumber will be there soon to add fixtures.
Resident Hallway – Hello wainscoting, drywall and LED lighting.

House Parents Office – Goodbye “casino carpet” and Hello to new vinyl plank flooring (beneath protective cover).
House Parents Office – Hello new floor and wall color.
Kitchen – Goodbye to old style tile flooring and hello to durable epoxy flooring.
Kitchen – New cabinets and countertops along with new wall color.

It's not always about clubs going dark. Sometimes it's just the slow fade of irregular meetings β a location that fell through, a schedule that never quite got reset, members who stopped showing up because they didn't know where to go. π
Inconsistency isn't just a scheduling problem. It's a membership problem waiting to happen. π¨
This week's challenge: if your club has lost its cadence, fix it. New location, different day, different format β whatever it takes. Predictability isn't glamorous, but it's what keeps clubs healthy and growing. πͺ
